Sinapi Aba Trust in line with its mission statement aligns its operations to supporting the vulnerable, economic disadvantaged and less privileged in society, most of whom are women in the rural communities. The Ghanaian economy basically runs on agriculture and therefore provides basic income for majority of the population. However, farmers who are at the lowest on the agriculture-value chain earn very low income and generally fall below the poverty line.  This unfortunate situation is the reason why Sinapi Aba takes a strong interest in reversing the narrative in conformity to its mission of serving the Economically Poor.
